Development of iPhone applications

We are creating a relatively simple iPhone application and only require 3 screens.
The app tests a users football (soccer) knowledge. Users will play a daily quiz when they will be presented with a list of football teams and they have to decide the player based on the previous clubs that they have played for.
I will require the following screens (which can be seen in the wireframe that I have attached) :
Note: It will be best if you just submit a screen for Screen (2) that way we can work through the design to see whether we both want to take it forward to create the further designs - the last thing I want to do is waste your time on designs that don't match what i'm looking for.
Screen (1) Home Menu Screen where users can navigate around the app
Screen (2) Main quiz screen with clubs and the area where you input your answers. Remember here that I want to depict the kits by using something such as this - http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumbl…jf0V4U.jpg with the name of the team below the kit.
Screen (3) Leaderboard screen which displays the leaders of the competition and their points total
We will require a layered .psd file for each screen so that we can crop/cut out all of the design elements and include them in the app. I've attached some images that I like to give you a rough idea of what to look for in your designs.
I'm not a designer and I'm giving you free reign to use your creative licence - make it fun and simple but with a professional (good looking app) feel. Any questions or feedback feel free to ask.

Clean-Great-Design.jpeg - This is a near perfect design - I love the red and the clean lines and imagery
Buttons.png - Really like the way the buttons work on this design - especially when the selected button stands out
Weather.jpeg - Dislike the background but this is a nice clean design that works well and functions beautifully.
Weather.png - Although another weather app you can see how clean the design is, how functional it is - great design
