Just so guys know, the image on #490 is called a QR Code. It's no low res image that's pixelated or a copyright image stolen from somewhere. It was mentioned by the CH himself somewhere within the brief. Like most of you guys, I didn't know what it was and researched a bit. Try doing the same so you can stop yourself from thinking "cheat!" or something :P It just kind of sucks that when somebody succeeds a lot feel bitter and all. We all took the same chances in joining in on this. Respects to the CH decision please and just be happy for us T_T.

I'm surprised at the quality of the winning designs because I thought there were some really great designs in this contest.

“Nuno Lopes” you are right with “mattpayson and kdsstudio”, but the problem is not they have not a past, this could be a coincidence, but them aren’t participating in another new contest! (very weird) this contest was 3 weeks, ago ... I will check their profiles in 2 months, and then will see if they are fake profiles. Hope to be wrong about the fakes profiles, if it will be the case, I will apologize to both.

And about the other winners I have no complain, any CH could choose any design, that’s it.

"an3" is right. Something is not right here about the 2 winners with no past contests... hum... is too much luck entering in their first and the only contest, and win. And what about the other who is using a very low quality image (maybe from google?)... where are the rules here 99designs? :)

Yay ..... I think the winners for this contents should be elected by designers .... the clients make worst possible selections .... BBRRRRR How can you coose worst possible designs... I dont know if I'm alone but there where 1000000 time better designs that the onese choose... so if I was the CEO of DISH I would have fired the mareking direcor.

I'd like to ask an explanation for the sudden twist in the end. It seemed like V&S were searching for concept cars. Of the 5 winners there's only 1 concept car, the others are mostly design cars (1 with a little twist). Me personally, I find this odd.

This is nothing against the designers. I'm just curious what V&S has to say - seems like they didn't fully understand what Dish wanted (or something).
