The eBook will be sold online as a digital product, but needs to be shown on the website as a real book. This image needs to draw people's attention and visually represent the benefits of the book: to spark rapid motivation and ignite a teenager's potential

I've included multiple images that I'd like to combine in this eBook cover.
1) I like the simplicity of Blink and Outliers and the actual image of the book looks great.
2) I like the creativity of the 4-Hour Body book cover and the use of color.
3) The Truth About Abs is also an eBook and this is the cover they show on their website. The design is OK, not that great. I included it because this ebook is one of the most successful ebooks ever.
I need 2 versions of the image:
First, the book image that actually looks like a book. It would be great to have the book facing a few different directions (opening left, right, or a couple different angles to choose from). This needs to be a layered PSD file as well as a Print and Web-ready PDF.
Second, I need JUST the image of the book cover (like the 4-hour body front cover). Also, in a layered PSD file as well as a Print and Web-ready PDF.
No images of teens on the cover.
No images of parents on the cover.
Any "people" images on the book cover should be silhouettes, similar to that on the 4-hour body cover.
The message I want to convey from the cover is exactly that of the title: Teen Breakthrough: Strategies to Spark Rapid Motivation and Ignite Potential.
Make the design SIMPLE, and CONNECT to the title.
