thank you guys!.. it is really a tough contest!
congrats icedtea! Nice design.
congrat icetea - nice job!
a lot of great entries
thank you!..
congrats icedtea
I've been totally impressed with the entries submitted to this contest, and I am grateful to each of you who devoted your time, skills, and energy here. There is some great talent here, and I appreciate you taking the time to enter this contest.
Although I've held several contest here in the past, I've never had such a difficult time deciding on a winner as I did today. The decision between tammyhart #3, icedtea #4, rocky6 #11, and bunnydojo #5 was especially challenging, but ultimately, we felt that icedtea #4 was the best fit for our congregation.
Ok sounds good
Rocky6, I've never used Getty Images, but if your images are royalty free and not too expensive, that should work without any problems.
Tammyhart, thanks for your comments and question. 600 dpi would be best, but I'm willing to give a little on that if I have to.
About the stock photos: what you propose seems agreeable. I normally use istock, and their pricing is very reasonable.
I found most of my images from Getty Images. Are you willing to pay for the photo if chosen or do we as the designers have to pay for the photo?

Thank you hamburgler100,
I will enter your contest.
Kind regards
Do you know the print resolution that you're needing?
Also, most pad stock photo sites require special licensing for higher resolutions and multiple prints. I will probably work with my submission using either watermarked images or smaller resolution, then if my entry is accepted, the prize money can be used to purchase the license as it can be $50 or more depending on your needs for the photo.
Great concept, btw.
