#10 We would like to stick to a generally blue color scheme. And we are keen to see designs for the secondary / content backgrounds too.
#3 & #4 too basic and enough impact for at an event
#6 The layout of the front page works and the basic layout of the secondary page is ok. The gray doesn't seem to sit well beneath the blue line - maybe try a shade of blue instead of the gray. Also could we try a picture of a group of people rather than just the two, as we mainly work with groups.
#8 Its got some sharpness to the design but I think #6 has the edge over this one
#5 I think the background pattern is a bit too busy and arty for us verus professional and modern like a few of the others. The layout is OK though.

Can you give feedback on entrys star rating doesn't really help in order for us to improve our designs. Thanks!
By the way, those backgrounds are 150 dpi resolution, so when you see the slides in powerpoint fullscreen they still look sharp. :)

No, the content will be the center of attention. Logo to be present and clear and preferably bottom right
for the slide, should the logo be the center of attention?
We would like the main background area to be light in colour so the audience can read blue/dark grey text. Ideally the background immediately behind the main text we would like to be white or near to white.
Is there a certain background color you want?
We are happy to see different color schemes. I guess we would not want to stray too far from main colors being blue and shades of blue. Also could be accompanied dark red & greys to provide highlights/accents as our heading text in some of our presentations is dark red (hex 990033)
