I hate to say it, but a landing page is still a webpage. I know it's not an entire site, but still. You are asking them to design one page that leads to other pages.
That, and you're ALSO asking for postcards.
It's not that you're asking for one page. The price is around what people ask for when it comes to one simple, non-complicated site around here. It's just that you're asking for multiple things in one contest. Why don't you have a contest for the postcard, and then afterwards have another contest where people design a landing page based on that postcard? It would make a lot more sense.
I will work on clarifying my expectations - It's not a web design - it's a very simple sales landing page that takes the look of the postcard and ties it into a one page web page where they will sign up for the free tele-seminar - we plan to redue their web site later - we're not tackling that project at this time.
AngieJ is right; you're offering far too little. In fact, the minimum for just a webpage design is $250...Try to separate these projects, and please see this link for guidelines:
