I wasn't sure wether you liked the 1st or 2nd pop-up window so I altered them both. I hope this is what you ment by 'white background with the background color lining it' - if not, let me know; I'll be happy to change it around. The 1st pop-up has a pink bar on top - the 2nd one doesn't have a bar; they grey bit is just there to make clear what number 1 is and which one number 2. I also erased the bar above the robot's helmet in the favicon for you.
@mrblues it looks like there's a little bar on top of the robot helmet. can you remove that? (for helmet 1).

I made 2 new favicons with the robot instead of a cloud. You have to click on the design to be able to see the favicons in the right size =). I also changed the popup window from a bear to a cloud.
@mrblues the help popup is a popup that would show up in the middle of the screen when someone clicks on the help button. perhaps a big cloud instead of the bear?
for the favicon, please use the jenniebot robot imagery
