Thanks all!
Congrats simonbun !!!!!
Congrats on winning simonbun!
congratulations simonbun!
congratulation simonbun, great design!
Feedback on improvements are more than welcome *hint*
Obviously you dont have to worry about that since the coding will be done by someone else.
Didnt entered this one bc there were many cool designs posted during the time when I worked on it and mine looked to much similar to one already posted. Good job everyone.
Cheers and good luck!
Use movie clips for that? Copy past, turn, place gradient over it done?
Many of the contestant are using reflection effect, is that reflection also going to be animated /functional with the controls( buffer bar, forward button, next buttons, volume control etc.)??
As per my knowledge once the Player is finalized we have to redesign it in Flash to implement the action script, In flash How do we manage this functional reflection… ??
If I am wrong please correct me
never tried this type of contest. lemme try.
please comment my last work, so that i can do changes...
Will put a new design in a couple of days...
Sigh, another copy... Why can't people just read the brief and use their own creativity...
Please don't copy my design rofe, thanks.
Everyone... entries looking good.. couple of feedback items.
1. The name ShareASale shouldn't be on the player at all... just the "yellow star" logo that is in the brief.
2. The extra column will not be used for additional videos - but will be used for product images and text - so should have a white background in order to accomdate that.
3. I gave some ratings to the submissions to help further define what it is we are looking for.
4. There are definitely elements in each of the entries so far that are good - but not all in one entry yet...
Size should be able to expand and contract with flash, so specific size is not as important to me. The player itself will be playing videos which are typically in the 4:3 aspect ratio on the video itself, and the container for text and pictures should be roughly the same size as the video section. if you need to start with something maybe try the video section just being 400x300, (for the video) ... keep that aspect ratio if you are doing something smaller.
to clarify, we need the design only - in Flash. all of the programming required to play the actual video we will be doing.
Yes, like artromedia says, a basic idea on the size in pixels would be great! Or maybe it needs to be fluid, with width and height changeable from an XML file or database?
