Need a simple Flash animation to display on the homepage of a real estate website. The animation will incorporate a handful of phrases that rotate in and out over stock images appropriate for a real estate website.
- We need only a Flash animation component, not a whole website.
- This animation will be on the homepage of Sweeney Real Estate's website. They're based in Waukon, IA

- The client really likes the rotating text on the homepage of this site: http://www.ewingrealestate.com.au/ and would like a similar thing in which various phrases rotate in and out. However, we would also like to incorporate appropriate stock images into the animation.
- Phrases that should be included are:
