The size of the graphic I need is 325x90. The top 30px needs to be on a transparent background. It should match the current color theme that's on my blog: http://www.keithwellman.com/ (the image I need changed is on the bottom left in the footer ad on my blog)
This should be a pretty simple job for an experienced photoshop graphics artist... but keep in mind that it should demand attention and peak curiosity, because the ultimate goal for this graphic is to get the viewers' attention and get them to enter their email address in the form so they can get instant access to the seminar video I'm giving then free access to... in exchange for their email address.
