Description

We are looking to redesign our current police uniform shoulder patch. We are looking for a completely new design that represents our city. We want something comtemporary. We are open to new shapes and designs. We are looking toward a subdued color design such as dark blue background and silver lettering or something similar. I have included a sample of our current patch only as a reference. We are not set on a circle in the middle but definitely want to get away from the agricultural theme. The circle represents Euclid Ave. which is a main street in Ontario. We do not want this included in the new design. Some major components of our city include an international airport, a sports arena, a convention center, an outlet mall, two major railroads. Our city is known as the gateway to the Inland Empire and is the center for commerce in the area. We are surrounded by three major freeways. Our goal is to move away from representing agriculture to representing business, commerce, industry, and forward thinking. Our city is over 50 square miles. The police department has over 350 employees and has many major components including SWAT, Motorcylce Officers, Helicopters. K-9, Gangs and Community Relations. I have included several photos of buildings and designs for you to work with. You can be as creative as you like. You do not have to include any of them.
