Think color schemes from the TV show! This lady is not a seduction kind of lady. She is lady of pure spirit and heart. Hopefully that helps with the face!

I love the green in #45.
The way the font is involved in #58 is the best!
Think about Mucha pieces in which the color schemes 'belong' together.

I think the thing that I am zeroing in on right now is detail stuff.
id like to see some mock ups of the colors (a lot of blue and oranges and autumnal vibes) from the TV show pictures. And also, some more MUCHA-ish type lines. Guilio Rossi has done this the best so far.

This is going great. Cbabino is probably most on the right track. But there are elements of Guilio Rossi's and Dibu's that are excellent as well.
Critiques/Ideas/Suggestions:
#31 (Cbadnio) - Your shape of the overall entity is right one. Eventually I may ask for a non-colored version but Id love to get far with the color here to give some direction to my tattoo artist. I think the mountain/green section could be more oval blue to give more to other green sections at her side. Look at the Orange/Blue/Autumnal colors in the TV show shots I uploaded for more color reference. I also think the mountains need sharper lines for the tattoo. I love the design here tho. MAYBE, it'd be cool if her left arm (HER left) was coming up more in a ballet way to give more circular balance to her.
The way you did the name at the bottom is perfect. If anything I'd say it could just be straight and not curved. But... its pretty amazing right now.
#30 - Guilo
This is REALLY great. I think that maybe the circle could be larger (have her SET more in it) and the GOLD metal framing could be more organic and not so GOLD.. MUCH like your snowy branches. Look at some of the Mucha pieces for more inspiration there. Your snowy branches are the BEST!!
Also, LOVE her MOTION here. You did REALLY well.

I love that we can see her bare feet! important! way to go!! I love your MOTION with her. I think the font can be simpler too. Thats the general idea tho!

Someone seems jealous. #26 is really good and seems close to what the CH is asking for. We should all work on our own art and not be publicly critical of other artists. There are great designs on this contest!

#16 is just the begining I am working on all the details of the frame and back ground etc. ; ) give me a bit cause this is all 100% hand done, and original. ; ) as a tattoo artist myself I am trying to get you all set up.

This is the best one so far. As framing and placement of Cicely go, this is amazing. Needs color obviously, but I like Cbabiano's depiction of her more from the pictures. I am also going to upload a couple other Mucha portraits where the name of the 'person' is below the picture in a frame. Check it out, that would be a cool place to put her name!

This is the best one so far, as far as showing the actual Cicely from the pictures. I like that. Check out Ciulio Rossi's design for the way she did the framing, etc.
