Brief Overview

Wilson & Rosano is an established real estate practice which caters to the San Francisco Bay Area. We are re-inventing ourselves again, and thought we'd give crowd sourcing a logo a try. We are a small, but specialized firm, which works as a team rather then individuals. Progressive minded, Fun, but professional and client focused. We like to smile, and we like our clients to smile as well.

Target Audience

Our market is older and established, but we would also like the logo to appeal to the younger set. The target audience works in corporate environments as high level managers, executives, and business owners. They are wealthy, and looking for a 'premium' They are also leaders in their own right and environmentally friendly (who isn't these days in the bay area?)

Requirements

We are looking for not just a type element, but a visual element and colors that we are able to incorporate into web layouts, marketing material, stationary, business cards, etc. I've attached our current logo - this was never meant to be an actual logo, just a place holder. We do like the green color, but are not married to this particular shade. We are not married to the font choice either, in fact would like to see this change. I've also attached a local firm's logo which we do like. Note the visual, and the colors. We would like both 'Wilson & Rosano' spelled out, as well as some 'W&R' flavors. up to you. We're open to your interpretation. As we are in the San Francisco Bay Area. Inspirations from Green Business, Environmentally Friendly, Sustainable, etc are encouraged.
