    Actually, briankerr, companies sue people all the time just for having the hint of their products trademarks in them. For example: APPLE
    Huge example. They sue everyone.

    This isn't just a case of one small thing being used.
    This is the case of someone's idea being copied and the text being substituted. I'm suprised this contest hung around.

    Even though the contest holder is requesting a 'copy' of The Secret design, the wording and use is changed. I believe as long as the intentional use of the design does not substitute for the original (serves a different audience or purpose) it is under fair use.

    its a for a joke/parody... for a skit, like MadTV does or SNL. We're not actually writing a book on the subject :-)
