Hi everyone..just wanted to check in. I know the contest is over but I wanted to say thanks for everyone that has submitted an entry. We will be going over and discussing what we like, but it won't be until next week.
I just want you all to know that we WILL be declaring a winner soon, I promise! We have been very busy here lately with a fast-growing company and we are eager to pick our new logo out....so just bear with us for a few days! Have a great weekend everyone and I will update you all soon.

Gandecruz, Is there a difference between #105 and #76? I can't see anything although it's early here and I'm just now inhaling my coffee :-) so if I missed something, I'm sorry.

I’ve been quiet lately but checking in….We are all looking at the designs now and then each one of us will be selecting our top three when the contest nears an end. I will know more later but you probably won’t here me comment much because if I do at this point, then it would be just “my” opinion of what I like…...I wish I were making the final decision :-)

If someone here on my end asks me to have you change something in a design, then I will do that.

So far the designs look great and the hard part will be deciding on just one!

#63 I like how you changed the L to a capital.It looks a bit easier to read now from #44.

One more thing...Even though I mentioned simple and clean we still want that sexy feel to it! I mean, if you take a look at our current logo for our company at www.myrevelle.com ....it may be simple but it certainly is not sexy at all! It's really boring. So that's what we don't want.

Wow...this is great. I now have a few comment from my colleagues that I would like to share with everyone. I think we are beginning to narrow down the look and feel that we are liking:

Keep in mind they've only commented on from what they saw yesterday from designs #44 all the way down the page (with the exception of #54 because you made a change and now it it showing higher. (Btw Charles, it looks much better with the color of the blue box you chose for the word "in". The color shows up much better.) So any designs submitted after that, they haven't yet commented on to me.

Also, keep in mind that our products are for Men and Women so we want a logo will appeal to BOTH.

Here's what we all seem to like and agree upon:

The word InLife as one word. It can be two different font colors such as the word "in" in one color and the word "Life" in another. #40 #42 (without the "dot" element on top) & #44 are nice (can you submit that with a white background too?)

It doesn't have to be one font either. Ex: The word "In" can be one font and "Life" can be another. #54 They liked your use of two fonts: one is simple and the other more fancier but not overdone.

Everyone: Play with the words. You can try all small lettering like "inlife" or capitalizing just the I and L InLife ....or inLIFE like #39 did. Just keep it one word.

Another look they seem to like is the simplicity of #44 #40, #42 (again without the design element you used for the "i"). Those are simple, clean and easy to read. #40 and #41 could we see your design without the element above the "i"?
Personally, I really liked it but some here didn't so let's see what it looks like without it too. We do like your use of duo tone in blues. It looks very nice.

We all seem to like the use of blue as ONE of the colors.

Here's what we don't want so far:

They seem to not like any of the design elements that are being used (like flowers, hearts,people etc.) However, we are not ruling a design element out completely it's just so far nothing stands out. Some are looking too "industrial" which is what we don't want, some are too overbearing for the text and some are too feminine or too "cutsie" looking.

BUT how about... an underline or a swoosh underneath the text or somewhere else in the design instead might look nice. It doesn't have to have that of course if it doesn't work for your design. I am just throwing out a suggestion. If a design element IS used,it should add a touch of color or a sexy feel to the design. I hope that makes sense.

So that means No flowers, butterflies, hearts, figures, globes, etc. being used as the the design element.

Important: Our box for the product is going to be in is either white, black, or silver. However, your logo will be everywhere else in our marketing materials such as website, brochures, t-shirts, hats, nylon carrying bags etc. So it must be clear and easy to read and look good when the size is reduced for printing purposes.

Submit a design using at least a white background and a black background (like lots of you have done already done, thanks!)
