Congrats Joedeobald!
Congratulations, joedebold has been selected as the winner. Thanks again for all the great submissions!
Thanks to everyone for the great entries and hard work. We had some nice last minute entries come in! We will be reviewing everything tonight and it looks like the decision is down to two finalists:
The last minute entries by msindaseries (#6/7) and
the great work by joedeobald (#4/5)
Thanks again for all the hard work, and we'll announce the final winner tomorrow!
Sorry everyone, I was out last week with a nasty flu bug, I'll be getting everyone updated feedback today!
Hello everyone, thanks for the great entries so far. We're adding specific feedback for each today. Here are some general thoughts:
We like the continued use of the round-top sign image, although breaking out of it like Heracles #1 did is pretty nice. Don't want a modern look, but don't want it too hokey either. Images that are bold, strong, clear and easily identifiable are all good. Connection to nature is important (pine trees) and the wood grain might be good background for the lettering. Include byline in some way, probably under logo.
Ctwing... you will get more concepts if you give feedback to designers...
really feedback count a lot and encourage designers... without feedback things looks very lonely
Just a quick note to let all entrants know that we'll be reviewing all the entries as they come in, but won't be providing specific feedback for all entries until later this week. Thanks, we're looking forward to seeing all the great ideas!
Go for it! (We would prefer to retain the use of a tree in some form, but are not married to this one in particular)
Can we play around with the look / feel of the tree?
