We like #94. If you can make one more change... The bottom version on #94 needs to have the shading light to dark the same. I mean the shading is reversed in TRU & Lending.

Sorry question didn't come out right (got distracted). Are you lending to purchases AND new construction, etc?
Are you only lending for residential?
