Looking for a basic logo featuring the word Tuscany with image of olives and/or olive leaves or trees OR rolling hills. Logo will be used for a new college housing project.

I would like to get a basic logo which would be used for our new housing development. I would like to see the word Tuscany with either olives, olive leaves or olive trees OR rolling hills.
The school will be using this logo on all printed materials associated with the new development which will hold about 600 students starting next fall.
