Brief Summary

My blog needs polish, starting with a decent header graphic and favicon. I'd like something simple, to-the-point, and stylish, but not too trendy.

Description

What:
While I don't have anything specific in mind for what the header should look like, I do have a few specific requirements. The graphic should use a white background, should be 960px wide, and should be relevant for the content of my blog. My only suggestion would be to do something with my initials, "CSz", though it is not a requirement. Think of it as adding polish to the existing look and feel (lipstick on a pig?). Please feel free to ask questions along the way.
Why:
I am trying to establish a brand around my name and blog. Cleaning up my blog and adding a bit of style is a big step in that direction.
Who:
I am a software engineer by trade and blog about topics that are of particular interest to me.
