you (zackweiler and now Rdude) are using the artwork from SPARTAN TOTAL WARRIOR by atari... and yes, i know, this is not my problem...

I heavily modified the image. I talked to my professor about it and he said it is completely legal. There is no legal issue.
It's not atari, but it is from someone else. And the copyright laws still apply.
haha zacks design is no where close to being a copy of Atari's cover, not sure where you see the resemblance but you need to get your eyes checked
Zachweiler, although the guy is badass, we can't use the actual guy. We can look at him for inspiration, but we can't use that exact image.
