I Agree with you ArrGee and aliversi, oxygenstudios was the entrant i pm'ed asking to see this great design with some minor changes.

oxygenestudios has a fantastic design that can be manipulated into a good www banner, but you've only given 4 stars. Feedback will help make this 5 stars.
Give it time ArrGee. We are on the net, different times etc etc! :o)
It's also a good idea to give individual feedback. That way the designer will have a feedback of how to convert 1 star to 5.
If you start to rate the designs (stars), then we will get some idea of the type of design you have in mind. It's also ok to PM each designer, but any new entrants won't know the direction you wish to take.
