leadership development and consulting focused on front line, second line and aspiring leaders. My work is focused on positive organizational psychology, strengths, and employee engagement. I believe in the science that supports the fact that people perform at their highest levels when they can develop their natural talents and strengths and when managers can be true leaders that tap into the BEST of their employees as well as create engaging and healthy work environments. I am a strong believer in solid principles of leadership that include vision, knowledge of yourself, trust, integrity, learning, etc. Our focus is creating customized solutions for businesses who are looking for moving themselves to the next level. I am particularly passionate about the pivotal role front line managers play in an organizations success. I am looking for a modern design that emphasizes all of these aspects but is not too "out there". It should be refreshing, clean, principled, and conservatively progressive to a point but not stoic or banker look. It should also speak to innovation. fInally, I also do executive coaching focused on four levels. Self, Team, Organization, and Market. I hope this helps
Executive Producers
Executive leaders, front line managers, second line managers, HR personnel, individuals who seek self improvement, other consultants, Biotechnology companies and other high tech, innovative companies. Perhaps even some specialized healthcare providers
I am open to ideas. One key thing is that with the name Executive Producers we will need to stay away from anything that could be construed as a film company. We are not that. The tagline is "Premier Leadership Development and Consulting" The other tagline is "Producing Executives who Produce Results" While neither one of these will be in the logo (Perhaps the first one), I will require each phrase in a similar font as the logo for business cards etc.
I am attaching a prior design that I am currently using as a logo. I don't think it is as modern as I like. Again though, I don't want to get to crazy. I did like the focus on triangles because of the stability. I am open to bright, softer palettes or your ideas. I will provide feedback along the way. You can look up an earlier design created SightBytes. that won. I would like something totally different but at least you will see what I liked.
