web strategy, usability analysis, help people think through what they want the site to do before they build or before they fix. i work with programmers/designers to fix interfaces to improve the user experience. i tune up content for Web publication (grammar & spelling count!), big picture stuff. like that.

i'm the translator, the patch between the geeks & the client. geeks don't always speak human and clients don't speak geek and the web project suffers and then there's crying. i pitch myself to companies who need someone to be their advocate & translator.

thanks for the design (i'm seeing only #3). some feedback:

the gray is hard to read in the word consulting (needs more contrast). my first reaction was it looks like i provide technical services. the font is a little techno & the 'o' in world doesn't tell me anything. i'm not sure what it's supposed to represent.
