Hey, no hard feelings. If it was the contest holder who requested it, then we have no problem here.
Dear Clashmore:
my design was based upon the client request to add the airplane, client's comment stated ".... could you put an aircraft where the arrow is on the bottom four? But just on the top right tip of the s using the first logo's colors and fonts....". The final design's icon is almost identical to my 1st and original entry into this contest. At no point did I use or intended to borrow elements from other people's designs, that's not my style and I know how frustrating it is to borrow elements from a creative mind.
I apologize if I caused you any troubles, that is 100% not my intention.

@ romasuave: "Submitting work which is not your own, or which borrows elements or design concepts from others, could expose you to severe legal penalties by the rightful owner of the work." The concept of using the "S" as the plane's path/contrail was mine. Congratulations on winning; just know that you did so using a borrowed concept.
