Design brief

Brief Summary

Require a calming, peaceful, uncluttered logo and/or background design for a Spiritual Social Network. Should create the sense of being a sanctuary or escape from the day-to-day.

Brand Name

godblender (note all in same case - 'god' not capitalised)

Description
Tagline
Share your dreams. Create our future.
Desired Color Scheme
Looking for suggestions
Desired Style
Minimalistic, Web 2.0, calming, oasis
Accepted File Formats
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

I am looking for creative ideas, as I have very little to go on except for that stated in the brief summary.

The design will be implemented at http://godblender.com/ where you can read a brief background on how the concept came to be.

I do like the look and feel at http://www.zaadz.com/, although that is in no way prescriptive.

The design is somewhat restricted by a preset layout very similar to Facebook. For an indication of the software being used see:

http://www.socialsitegenerator.com/mybook/

I require an image replacement for http://www.socialsitegenerator.com/mybook/adminsite/upload/mybook.jpg

An alternative might be to have a logo running vertically in the left hand column, or a static background in the left hand column - all ideas considered and feedback provided rapidly.

I am also looking for color scheme suggestions (should lean towards light instead of bold) to replace the existing #333 color.

I realise this brief is not very specific - that's because I have no specific ideas. Please do ask as many questions as required.
