To all thanks so much for all of the absolutely awesome work. It was a very difficult decision as we got down to the last few. As we move forward and need more work done, I am hoping to work with many of you on different projects. We also bought the Scorpionagency piece for some advertising that will support our launch next month and wanted to acknowledge that work as an additional winner. Thanks to those of you that I called out from other contest to put ideas together for this one. As a group, you guys really push each other to be different and more creative. The business owners really benefit from your level of professionalism. We have a national convention next month in St. Louis. There are about 20 other newbie companies behind me launching in the next 3-6 months. I will be sure to spread the word so that others can check out your work and sitepoint. Thanks again.

There is no surety of anything related to a contest entry (No matter where you post it). Whether a contest holder or another designer steals, scrapes, or manipulates your hard work is not traceable, nor guaranteed to be prevented. I have run into similar instances in the past with my designs being scraped. - As the designer if your design is NOT sold then "ALL" Copyrights remain with you until said design sells - The first thing is catching an infringement. If you find your copyrighted work on someone else's site & or print materials, you can file a DMCA (For digital Infringement) & a standard Infringement form with the Copyright Authorities in your country. Please note that while there is NO such thing as an international copyright, the DMCA & Standard copyright infringement cases are still prosecutable in countries with International treaties. ((Note: I am not a Copyright Attorney Nor do I hold any Legal degree's, this information is being provided simply to give you an idea based on my own experiences with it, I suggest investigating further through your local Government & or consulting a Copyright Attorney.)) I wish you the Best of Luck !

can it be that there is no winner to a contest... n if yes then do v as designers have a surety that our work would not be used without our knowledge..

Sorry guys, I like everything that's still on the board. Things still on the board are still in the running for different aspects, easy to read, reproduce, some are more sophisticated than others, or less, or we like them even if they are very different from each other. I got a little side tracked because at least one entry is directly copied from another senior move manager and I have been having to track some things down for that. I have tried to be very diligent in feedback. Just give it your best shot. I am glad to have so many ideas to pick from, that's why we are running a long contest.

My partner and I will meet Fri. to look at everything still up in detail, printed out and mocked in different formats. Please be patient, I am taking my responsibilities to my business and all of you very seriously.

If you already know that your work is not 100% authentic please remove it. After the last few days, I will definitely ask that you state such in a written statement or contract of some form or another at the end of the contest if you win. I certainly don't want to be sued for trade or copy right infringement and more importantly I want to start out with a good reputation in my industry. It's a very small group of people and eventually everything comes out.

feagirl.. I'm a bit lost, I'm trying to get a better idea on what do you exactly like/dislike but I cant! Giving almost all entries the same rating and liking all of them is not helping us (me at least). Would you please make a shortlist so we'd know what is/are your favorite entry(s) so far? Thanks!

On the brochure, it's a standard 8 1/2" x 11" trifold. Front page with a logo in the middle. Middle of the back left open for mailing/addressing. Mostly the copy is bulleted or in paragraph form. Needs some sort of boarders or background work that we could drop the copy over. Wasn't looking to add pictures. Hope this helps.

Our company helps seniors with their move (usually downsizing). We do a floor plan for their new space. Help them sort and decide what they will move with them. We pack, help them hire a mover, help dispose of the remaining assets that will be donated to charity, passed to children or sold at auction etc., then we hire people to get the house ready for sale. We basically do everything that their adult children would do if they were able. Often, adult children aren't able to help because of time constraints due to work or they live in different cities. Hope that helps.

Also, I have left feedback for all entrants, don't know why it hasn't shown up as such. I'll try to figure it out. Thanks so much. I genuinely appreciate the help.
