Also, the same concept with different words can be realistic or unrealistic. E.g., something with "killer robots" is guaranteed to be unrealistic, but a company that does "cybernetic defense research" could be very realistic with the right logo.

Here's a little test you can do to see whether I'd consider something too unrealistic: When a person really looks at the logo, he should think to himself, "Wait, is that real?!" If he sees the logo and instantly realizes it's not real, then it's too unrealistic. Killer robots, genetically engineered super soldiers, and x ray vision implants are all examples of things that instantly appear unreal.

Anti-gravity propulsion would be a cool theme.
