We need a new corporate identity that conveys the passion we have for teaching people salsa & latin dance.

Salsa Connection (or Salsa Connection Dance Studio)

Current website is at www.salsaconnection.com.au

If possible, the shades of blue & orange on the current website should be used. Must look good with a black background, but hopefully will be able to be adapted to work with other background colours for use on T-Shirts, embroidered products, etc.

Wants
  • Must strongly communicate the passion we have for dancing, and for teaching dance - in particular salsa & latin styles.
  • Suggested black background, with blue & orange
  • True corporate identity that is able to be used in multiple formats (embroidery, shirts, posters, website, business cards, etc)
  • Tagline desirable, but not essential - if so, should instill some / all of these ideals : technique, fun, excellence, individuality, style, passion, our salsa 'family' ... "Where students are encouraged to achieve their best by learning from the best"
  • Must include business name in short or long form (Salsa Connection, or Salsa Connection Dance Studio)
  • Stylish, clear, professional, viable for national and even international markets - modern & edgy
  • Would prefer a logo with impact
  • Image should be of a precise, styled move if possible
Don't Wants
  • Nothing soppy or flowery
  • The typical 'lady falling into the mans arms' type of dancing image often equated with ballroom dancing
  • latin dancing does not mean Jamaican or Caribbean themes
