Yep. I totally agree...Vic08..the logo's probably good...but leave that alone, and no one can actually guess that it belongs to a real estate development company.
I'll set myself up for some feedback here but.... I guess I'm just getting old, but shouldn't a logo tell just a bit of a story for a business? Anybody agree? Or am I just nuts?

I apologize to all of you - I am meeting with my business partner tomorrow to review the submissions (he has been out of the country so I was probably a little premature in starting the contest).
