Give the benefit of the doubt. Are you all designers? How many times have you done something and then discovered that something very similar had already been done by someonelse before you? None? Well i'm sure it happens once in a while. When people copy someones work, just for the ease of it, he or she should be ashame of them selves, because when belonging to a community like this and working in such a passionate job, whe should do it not only for the money (of course like all jobs the money is a fisical compensation, and of course we need it like everyonelse). Be original, but dont worry as much. I think i lost the point in the middle but i hope you all got it.

I really don't want to get involved in any disputes here on this forum...However if I was in the position that the wizard is in I wouldn't be able to hold my toungue. I spend money on this site to recieve the best logo, and web designs out there. I couldn't brainstorm with my biz partners and achieve what yall do in a matter of a week. I am not sure of the code of ethics that you all follow however I aprieciate all the work that has been done. If Mariusjivoin wins maybe he should contribute a portion of his earnings to the Wiz!?!
its not a question of whether you've copied it or not. Using an existing design is unethical. Intentional or not, I would withdraw my entry if I was in your place... but that's just the RIGHTEOUS PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER in me who's talking.
I would like the CH to decide this one. But for all to know ...i did not copied that design.
I am sorry Wizard Mayur i do not do things like that...i garanty you that i have not copied your design. i really do not know how this happened. I am a respectable designer and i am trying to build a reputation here... i do not know what more to say.
I hate behaviour like that, and It's making me think about leaving this community. It really is disgusting. I'm sorry but it has to be said. People who do this should be banned.

Thanks for the feedback. I really wonder how I can make my logo any more web2.0 looking than it allready is though.
What I am looking for is a cool Web 2.0 Logo. The Tag line is something we will have to do later. As far as ideas I like what has been done so far but, maybe some interesting ideas can come from this site www.logotwo.com , web2logo.com, go2web20.net, not that the designs are bad just that they need to be tweaked to fit the more web 2.0 feel.
Also, I forgot to ask. In relation to that site as an example, where you looking for a slogan/tag line with that as well?
Are you looking for just a logo, or wanting a webheader included with that?
