Further requirements

Proper London will be more social orientated than traditional tourist site, so the logo should take on characteristics of social sites such as GroupOn, LinkedIn, AirBnB etc. At the same time, the logo should shout "London".

Logo must be professional, clean and easy to read. Use of London landmarks is a good thing, but please draw them yourself to prevent copyright violations.

= Good Logo Examples =
http://www.visitlondon.com/ - Nice simple logo, using the River Thames in the 2nd "O" of London
http://londonist.com/ - Another good logo with simple landmark outlines

= Bad Logo Examples =
http://www.londonpass.com/ - Too simple/unbrandable
http://www.londontown.com/ - Looks rather amateur
http://www.londontravelguide.com/ - Really amateur
http://www.simplylondon.org.uk/ - Emblem doesn't represent London
http://www.londonforfree.net/ - I don't like the use of shadow and the Big Ben icon is too complex and most likely copyright owned
