Design brief

Brief Summary

Real Estate consulting firm. Some say that I'm creative but I'm not feelin' it, especially when I see the talent evidenced by the output of the designers here. It's year six of my own company and I'm contemplating a new website but think it's more appropriate and timely to consider a new logo first. If one is developed that I like more than what I have then I'm on my way to being reinvented!

Description
I'm a recovering corporate real estate executive who has been on my own since 2003. I have been in the field of corporate and commercial real estate for nearly 25 years so am a seasoned professional but one who doesn't take herself too seriously. The logo you will see in my website (www.propelresources.com) is what was developed in 2003. It's time to give PROPEL a new face - freshen it up and integrate it into a new website. I like the fact that the current logo conveys forward motion. I purposely split the PRO and PEL to give a visual draw to the PRO (designating professional).
Wants
Vector format please. I choose the name PROPEL for what it implies but because there are some not so swift folks out there, I included the definition below the logo words as a tag line. I'm open to changing that but think it's better with it (you know, for the slow folk!). So far I've liked the colors I've used but, again, am open to your designer experience and expertise. Should be solid corporate type colors (versus pastels) conveying seriousness and trust. FYI the red in my logo is 183R, 44G and 21B if that's of any use for you. I ALSO HAVE STATIONERY THAT HAS PROPEL Real Estate Resources in Swis Font gray. If you would like to see my letterhead for any reason, email me and I'll shot you a copy.
Don't Wants
Since my clients are primarily corporations the design can't be too cutesy. IMO it s/b impactful, express confidence, can be techy or creative but not over the top so. I'm considering template 17911 from templatemonster.com if that gives you any inspiration (with 9871 and 19829 as possible options). I HOPE I'VE PROVIDED GOOD GUIDANCE AND HOPE THAT YOU'LL LET ME KNOW IF I CAN HELP YOU WITH ADD'\ INFORMATION.
