Using a SmartPhone, an field rep relays real time information back to a corporate office, allowing the company make critical real time decisions, be alerted of costly issues and provide optimum service to their customers. It also provides a layer of accountability by requiring service reps to take pictures of work performed and getting a manager sign off. All this is done using either a SmartPhone or a web browser, eliminating the need for paper. By using our software a company instantly becomes much more Agile...hence Agility.NOW!
