if the guy has decided against CMYK look logos, and eliminated the others, then the ones i mentioned should have also be eliminated.

Yes, it seems as if there are only 3 designs with a single spot colour now.
that's so messed up... if that's what you wanted you should have stated that in your brief in the first place
if that is the case then 35-38 should also be eliminated
I also prefer a medium to bolder font than a thin serif font.
Hi Everyone, Thank you for your efforts so far.
After seeing the designs so far I have decided I want to keep away from the CMYK thing that every other printing company has.
I"m really looking for a simple corporate style logo. lets make it black and 1 spot colour, I will leave that colour to you guys to decide on.
