Brief Overview

AQUILA Commercial is an Austin, Texas based, full service commercial real estate firm.
Our mission is to enable our clients – owners, occupiers, investors, and developers – to make
the best real estate decisions possible by providing strategic consulting and transaction
services that enhance value, reduce costs and manage risk. We have assembled a diverse
team of market leaders from within our industry to create a culture and work environment that
fosters collaboration and teaming within and across each discipline to give our clients a very
broad level of service from multiple perspectives and backgrounds.

Target Audience

We are looking for a logo for 7700 Parmer - a World Class, corporate real estate campus with Austin style. Our target audience is large corporate users looking for a Class A, all inclusive, campus style office environment complete with both interior and exterior amenities including dining facility, coffee shop, work out facility, day care, BBQ pavilion, sand volleyball, basketball, running trail, softball, soccer and wildlife.

Requirements

We need a classic yet somewhat contemporary logo befitting of a high-tech, progressive audience yet has a SLIGHT Texas Flair. Should emanate quality and class. Using the address as the logo seems like a good option but I'll throw it to the creative types to come up with a logo to properly brand 7700 Parmer
