apologies to the group.. as we should really have had this discussion in pm's ) ..... but to wrap it up...
my point was .. even if you were not familiar with a brand..
you cant just "take a flower that you found on your computer" and call it an original logo..
THAT is against the website rules to not use clip art...
if the client also had not known .... and used a copyrighted logo.. .. they could have eventually been sued...
Look JR, I am not living in the US, I live in small country called Romania brands are not that well known around here. And life is crappy enough here so please, give me a break. I already said I was sorry, what else do you whant? And besides, it was just a flower I found on my compter. Anyhow, I wish you great luck with the contest. *fingers crossed and votes with #36

it wasnt that i found somethign SIMILAR...
it was the official logo for a national company..
you either took it form their logo
or are using artwork which someone else uploaded somewhere as clip art..
either way... not cool nor legal to do on a custom logo.

Vivian.. 2.o generally means it has
gradients
color blends or fades,
transparencies,
reflections...
drop shadows...
stuff that on the screen is easy to reproduce, but on a tshirt, printing those gradations in color is usually
a) much more expensive,
b) in some materials even impossible..
I am not sure what you mean by a web 2.0 logo. Can you explain? I downgraded that one to 4 stars anyway
just a quick question: it says in the brief that the logo needs to be used for print on T-shirt, and here I see a web 2.0 logo belonging to sath rated with 5 stars, can someone tell me it this logo could be printed
