We are a small human performance company with two primary capabilities: (1) e-Learning, mobile learning, and instructor-led Training: we contract or partner with prime contractors to take training projects to the "Next Level". We can work on any portion of the "ADDIE" project, but specifically specialize in Analysis, Design, and Evaluation of training. (2) Business solutions: we lead organizations through strategic planning and needs analysis to identify and deliver performance solutions ranging from strategic plans to workflow restructuring to motivational/incentive systems.
