    I think he basically wanted a web page with a logo... but entered it as a logo contest.
    The thing that was totally poor form on the CH's part was letting it sit there for a number of days after realizing his/her mistake, while designers still created logos for him. Then he/she killed it. People with no respect for other's time should be slapped silly.

    It is in the logo design category :P you should think about maybe running 2 contests. The best logo designers are not necessarily the best website designers, and vice versa ;)
