A logo, business card, compliments slip and letter head are needed for Gillidanda - a start-up web design company offering high quality website solutions.
The website theme will be based upon the logo.

- Clean, simple, professional, classy. Nothing cartoon-y or cliched. Either Gillidanda or GilliDanda, but as one word with no hyphen (unlike the wikipedia definition provided).
- Accepted File Formats
- Source files required - for logo fireworks .png preferred, .psd acceptable

A tagline is not required, but I am open to suggestions based on the information provided here. The company will focus less on flashy gimmicky designs and concentrate on development of high-quality, simple but professional web-based solutions.
The stationary designs should be the standard set including business card, compliment slip and letterhead, and will print onto white paper.
