CH commented that thee was a guranteed winner..but seems as if they were a big liar...ch should have atleast made some comments if they are taking one of the designs...but no sign of it..or else 99designs should have blocked the page till they get the response, after these 7 days is over..
99designs should come up with some ideas...this is happening a lot here...

Exactly, and I wouldn't be surprised to see one of entries used on some site in the near future... I've withdrawn mine anyway.

One of other suggestions would be, if there is a contest worth 300$ or more, CH has to guarantee it at least after some time like 2 or 3 days or 99designs withdraw it themselves. I think there are many quality entries from best designers in contests worth 300+ and there's no reason for CH not to pick one, especially if the brief is well made and CH knows what he/she is looking for...

As for those contests under 150$ I'd simply suggest people not to enter them at all, after all designing something that will represent your company or yourself is worth at least 10 times more and such low awards are an insult to designers.

one suggestion off the bat would be to put more heat on the Contest holders. this is where the responsibility from 99designs comes in. At the top of this page you'll see an opening sentence: "This contest is ended, the contest holder has 7 days to pick a winner or withdraw the contest."

i feel it that 99designs should do more to enforce this, otherwise this sentence is meaningless and there is no accountability. after 7 days, what happens? why has this contest not been withdrawn or at the very least an update provided to us from 99designs?

this is one of the larger awards offered on 99designs, and yet this site seems fine with letting it go unawarded and unaccounted for. give me a break.

Yeah, I don't get it... logo contests for 100$, why don't they just ask for one for free, FFS...

man... designers work their asses off.... and all us guys get contests like this??... someone should do something about it...or everyone!

yeah! i've been noticing it too... lesser contests are declaring winners.. prizes are lower... tsk3..

im not entering nearly as many contests as ive used to here. I know that this site first and foremost caters to the needs of the contest holders but there is almost nothing in place to protect designers.

ive voiced concerns about this to the staff here and received virtually no response. i find that the designers talent is for the most part taken for granted at 99designs. I'll not be entering as many contests.
shame on 505/50 motorsports. You are a liar and a cheat. and to 99designs: You're not far behind. failing to protect your designer members from rampant fraudulent contests is inexcusable. you've known about this problem for a while, but i see little attempts made to correct the problem.
