Be creative !! It should be modern, elegant and powerful. Since this is a logo for a training center, try to come up with a logo that shows advancement or improvement.

A few ideas that I can think of to make it more creative, but don't limit yourself to these ideas.
1. Try to incorporate arrows to represent advancement, future, or progress
2. use curves that shows progress
3. Use lightbulb to represent ideas or knowledge
