I am an esthetician (licensed just last week!) and massage therapist (for one year). I am also starting a skin care line under the same name, Silverplum. My services are holistic (not new age) and personal - clients allow me into their personal space. This logo will be my brand. It will be used on everything I create (i.e. ads, business cards, website and product packaging). My products and services are high-end.
Silverplum
My customers are primarily women, though more men are starting to use my services. Again, because the products and services are high-end, I would like to convey the feeling of luxury and pampering, without being stuffy. The target age group is is wide-ranging, though mainly 30-50 years old. That is changing as younger women (and men) are coming in. Also, despite the recent economic woes, these are people that either haven't been hit hard or allow for such services in their budgets as they find them important in their lives.
* I need the logo to be in vector and raster/bitmap with source files
* The name (Silverplum) needs to be incorporated
* The design can be literal (i.e. an actual silver plum) or not
* The color palette should be earthy, no neons please
