K, down to the last day and a bit. thanks to everyone for submitting your stuff. I hope some of the feedback we've been giving has been helpful, although I know most of the time we keep it pretty short. anyways, back to the contest.

We've really like a few of the entries we've received lately. any rated with a 3-star rating are of high quality in our opinion. if you are one of those designers who has received any 3-star ratings congratulations and please continue to submit your quality work. If you are not one of those receiving 3-star ratings or if you are new to the contest I strongly advise you to look at all the 3-star logos and see what they have done and then design your entry with some of those things in mind.

In the next short while we will start to ask specific designers to add color to the logos. until you hear from us, please continue in black and white.

to repeat, a few things we require:

1) icon must be able to work as stand alone. it can be incorporated in the words "exposure travels" but it must look good by itself.

2) please use fonts similar to those used in highly rated entries as those are the fonts we like.

3) we are looking for a subtle and classy/smart/savvy look. please don't use super obvious compasses or globes or anything simliar to that. our target market is very sophisticated and we want a sophisticated logo.

thanks for all the entries we've been receiving. we had some computer problems over the last couple days so that's why it took a while to post feedback on some of the entries.

a few things for ALL to keep in mind:

1) please start with B&W. we want the logo to look good in B&W and color so it's best to see it B&W first
2) please read feedback from other highly rated designs (3-star especially) and incorporate into your entries.
3) we want the font / typeface to be very legible (again, see the fonts used in highly rated designs)
4) can someone please try to incorporate an icon using the X in Exposure? either that or just stylizing the X to make it standout.
