Well, I was concerned that this would happen.
We have a few designers who haven't read any of the comments on the contest and are now upset because I eliminated their entries after I said on more than one occasion that we were down to our last five finalists.
@psykko, don't worry about being confused again. You won't be able to participate in any more contests for your comments and for your total inability to read instructions or feedback. You're banned.

Can we ask Mr.CH to increase the prize? Fast track contests are more brainstorming than other contests.

Okay, there seems to be some confusion here ...
We have five final designs currently under review by the client. We won't be considering additional designs, so unless you're a designer with one of the final entries, please don't submit new material for review.
I understand that for a number of designers here, English is a second (or sometimes third or fourth) language, so please accept my apologies if I wasn't clear before. You guys continue to submit great work and noteworthy ideas, but this contest is almost through - please save the good stuff for our next one!

Just reduced the number of logos in consideration again following a brief phone conversation with the client. Will provide more feedback at the end of the day today.

Hi everyone,
Sorry this has taken longer than expected but I was not in the office yesterday and, as a result, unable to extend our contest to work through the first cut down to five final designs. I have received feedback from the client, however, and have now rated all of the entries (through #247). I will not be rating, commenting or considering additional entries after #247 unless we're allowed to extend the contest and the only entries I will comment on at that point will be re-submissions by finalists (modifications of submitted designs).
I will be commenting on all designs today (11/06) and re-rating the designs that received the highest comments from my client. I will be eliminating all designs rated less than 3 stars unless they are an "option" of a 3-star rated design.

Just wanted everyone to know that my client has been very busy the last few days and has not had an opportunity to review our work to-date. I will be out of town all day on Wednesday and will follow up with him again on Thursday to see if we can reach consensus on a first cut of submitted designs.

Many more great entries since yesterday morning ... thank you all. I have expanded the first design review to accommodate several more designs than originally intended and am now awaiting client feedback before proceeding further.
As of November 3 @ 9:30 am CST (US) I will not rate or comment on any further entries (through #107) until I have had a chance to review the work to-date with the client. I don't think it would be fair to all of you to continue asking for modifications or additional designs without gaining further insights from the client on what has been presented so far.
Thanks again to all of you for your great work and willingness to alter, modify and re-submit ideas. I think we have a number of winners here and making a final selection will be very difficult.
