Good to know - congrats to MINTFX. Better to be careful in the future of stepping close to the line with the other ones. That's just rude. :D

Sorry folks flash floods in London - offices flooded but wanted to appoint the winner. Thank you for all for your patience and entries.
We will have another competition coming shortly for the same requirement for a different company.
Not sure if anyone has a link to a decent brief template so that I can be as clear as possible for the new contest.

I emailed the contest host as it has been 2 days since they have been on to find out any news on this
contest. I have patience but rather cut to the point and find out what is going on and the deal thus

and yes of course, the button are just for web...if you¨l ever need it on real world and print it, it will be verry funny!
But look: I think you dont understand the different betwen logo and button...Retro/metro are made a button..My entry*3 the logo..the different is huge...you must look and think what do you need better, and tell us...
Look, I am profesional designer with diploma,and I when I do some stuff I must exactly know what I must to do..If you want button, I¨l do it...but I think you need a logo..If you make here a mistake, trust me, I know from practise, latter you¨l be sorry, becouse the application of logo and button are very different...¨so, what it will be?
Less than one day to go and the competition leaders are now down to (in order of preference)
RetroMetro/Steve #8 - best original logo so far. Perhaps too web / ecommerce for us but still the leader
Darko Bosnar #3 - changes are required in terms of the tag line but this is growing on us
asugraphics #8 - clean logo but those above work better in combo of monochrome and colour

I am sory Oliverp, but did you need a logo or a button...when I read your post I can conclude that you want a button.
well the voting has swung to RetroMetro/Steve #8 as the leader - a design inspired by the keypad of a BlackBerry
