Congratulations to wolv! I absolutely LOVED the logos that I gave 4 stars to, but wolv's design just stood out to me as the most unique and brandable logo.

Thanks to all who participated. It made me very happy to see so many talented designers submit their concepts. I will definitely run more contests in the future!!!

I'm elevating my favorites to 4 stars, just to let you guys know which ones are currently my favorites.

FYI, I just raised the prize to $200.

Also, a couple of other notes:
Feel free to experiment with shades, especially the red. The part of the design comp I posted that is red (the rockinbizred part) will be a crossfading feature story/image spot, and is more of a placeholder than a design element. So if you think other shades of red would work better in the logo, feel free to try them out and submit.

Speaking of experimentation, I am also open to marks other than the combination of "NR" ... but only if they are highly brandable and creative.

Also, I've mentioned this to a couple of the entrants already ... I am partial to more abstract marks ... one's that aren't so obvious in their combinations of the letters.

Finally, be creative in the use of fonts for the text of the logo. I'm not really loving the standard fonts. feel free to submit multiple fonts for the text for feedback. I will be sure to give good quality feedback for all entries!

One thing I'd like to note:
Unless the mark is relatively abstract, there needs to be some sort of extra element with the mark. Something like a border or backdrop or something.

Also, like I said, simple is good, but don't get too simple. This needs to look creative, professional, and brandable.
