lol yea, i don't think the owner would choose it, still it's a beautiful graphic :) i don't know about legal issues if someone uses the graphic but i don't think there's should be a problem. it may useful for company who wants an immediate recognition and wants some degree of association with AT&T :)
If im the owner, i will use that logo and change the tagline to Aquatreck now the new 'AD&D'
just for the heck of it.. lol
I can see the difference, but the point is that it's awful close. If I were to see only that logo and not the words, I would assume it's some new version of the AT&T logo.
but it's not, you can see the difference right :) ... i'm not stealing their logo though :)
