The logo needs to be serious looking but also modern en stylish. If the new logo is recognizable by the people who know our current logo, this may be positive but feel free to do other suggestions.
Would be nice if an image is used in the logo next to text, that the image can be used separately from the company name as well.
The "ice" part of the name doesn't need to be in the logo, but if it makes your design perfect, it doesn't hurt as well.
Logo file at the end needs to be 100% vector (no bitmaps).
Target customers are big modern companies.
