GelatoHouse™
GelatoHouse™ is a high end (green) neighborhood gelato shop catering to the young professional. Organic, natural, local, and unique ingredients not found in most ice cream or gelato. We also serve our own fresh GelatoHouse™ coffee. We also offer Free wi-fi for the young professional.
We will have 4 menus of Gelato:
Spirited (local wine, beer, margarita, etc.)
Seasonal (local pumpkin, peppermint, etc,)
Standard (local chocolate, strawberry, coffee, etc)
Supplemental (local green tea, ginseng, herbs, vitamins, etc)
It might be nice for each menu or product line to be able to have it's own color pallet borrowed from the main GelatoHouse™ Logo.

We are a more modern (green) brand appealing to the young professional. We really want to convey the natural aspects of our recipes and ingredients. We will partner with local companies for these ingredients to serve the best and most home grown flavors. Keep in mind that gelato is not a "bright" product like ice cream. There is a variety of colors, but they are more muted colors. See the photos. The gelato will not be served in "cones" like ice cream but rather recycled paper (cardboard) containers. We will also be serving our own brand of coffee to our customers and expect a large number of customers to work in our locaiton using our free wi-fi service.
