'FormLeaf' is one word with the 'L' being capital. I would like a modern and high-tech looking logo.

Here is one logo that I would like to see done: I would like an actual leaf to the left of the word FormLeaf but the 'leaf part of the leaf needs to be an iPad looking device, and the 'stem' part of the leaf needs to be a stylus.

I would like to integrate a leaf into the logo somehow.

Logo will mostly be on a white background.
